The Lady at the top. Full of heart and spirit and mother of five children. She is the center of the shipping and service departments. Our customers are thrilled by her cordiality and openness. She is the strong woman next to the boss.

The man behind all of the Longlife animal targets and all Bearpaw bows. His responsibilities include bringing the ideas into reality and overseeing the bow construction. A man of major importance behind the scenes.

It was not easy to find someone who can keep up with our fast development and project completion goals. The requirements were business knowledge and experience as well as the ability to start, run and successfully complete projects. Harald Fischer is the new professional who assists with the projects of Henry Bodnik to free him up for other things.

Nadja und Ben

- Marketing, Shipping -
For good reason Nadja is caring for Ben. Her responsibilities have been adjusted. Ben is, after Tom (Tom Bodnik the youngest son of Henry and Dorothea), the second BOBO (Bogensport Bodnik) baby. She also takes care of a large part of the purchasing departments tasks from home because she cares so much.

- IT, Network -

Photography, the network, hardware, the Internet, Bytes, Pixels and our LAN are his world. Frank is the man behind our web site in form and function.

Leo Durst

- Everything -
Our all-rounder behind the scenes, without a person like this your company just won’t work. Somehow or other Leo has been around since the beginning and is always there when you need him. He has won the German Senior Bowhunter Championships several times in all field events.

Hildegard Beiersdorfer

- Shipping -
Nocks, arrowheads, shafts and a new bow. Hilde won’t forget the correct bow string or the nocking point either. With patience and accuracy she spines, weighs and checks each arrow shaft.

In order to increase our telephone ordering capacity and to provide better service we have enlarged our Marketing team.

Monja works in the service department and in the orders processing department. She is also Henry’s secretary and runs the office.

Bow strings, bow strings, bow strings and even more bow strings! Our high quality custom bow strings are made here in Ahorn by hand. Valentina ties and splices our Bearpaw bow strings.

For this key position at Bearpaw we found the professional Andreas. Using his profound knowledge and his many years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping he keeps us on track in the corporate planning as well as in the daily operations.

Carola is lady that is always there for the packaging and shipping department when we need her. She makes sure that all of the shipments that leave our house are in tip top condition.

Christine packs her packages according to the invoices and then makes sure that they are shipped.

- Shipping / Warehouse -
Strong arms in our warehouse. David supports our ladies in the shipping department when they need a strong hand in the warehouse or the outside storage area.

Hana is also involved in the daily operation of the shipping department. Together with David she is responsible for our wholesale customers in America.
