Draw Weight Graphs
The correct design of the limbs is a critical aspect in terms of quality of a bow. Here powerful bows differentiate from standard bows (many times coming from the Fare East). Every single distance of limbs has to be skilfully worked and has to bow dynamically. In order to achieve that masterwork from bow masters is asked for. A good bow is allowed to increase in weight only about 2-3 lbs per inch draw. From 5 lbs or more force increase steps the bow is not comfortable to shoot anymore. The bow is “stacking”. In the following you see an overview of the graphs of Bodnik bows.
