Finally, the Bearpaw Slingshot is available in our Online Shop again. Shortly before Christmas, we sadly had to take the Bearpaw Slingshot out of our shop, the reason being that the producer of the elastic bands had changed the material of the rubber band. Unfortunately, the elastic bands’ suitability for our slingshots was limited after that. After an intensive search, I finally found a new and better elastic band which is now used for our Bearpaw Slingshots.

The new round elastic band is not only more efficient than the flat rubber band we used before, it is also much more durable. From now on we can therefore sell the Bearpaw Slingshot with a good conscience. The Bearpaw Slingshot is highly effective in training instinctive shooting techniques and the muscles used in instinctive archery with a whole lot of fun.

The Bearpaw Slingshot is available in our shop again with immediate effect! Get one of these little jesters into your home as quickly as possible!

Apart from LongLife 3D targets, we of Bearpaw Products have for many years put our trust in the German producer Franzbogen. We believe it to be important to support German producers whenever possible.

However, the Franzbogen’s target foam quality has often been cause for complaint in recent years.

This is now history!

In the following, you will find some official information by Franzbogen:

“We have finally made it: all our animal targets will from now on be produced with a smoother and more elastical foam. The 3D-animals will on average be 30% heavier, they will stop the arrows better, and arrows can be pulled more easily. The new foam also reduces the breaking off of sensitive parts for some animal targets.

Secondly, all kill zones have been brought up to international standards. This means that all Franzbogen targets now have an outer and inner kill zone plus a kill spot. Classification has also been revised and is now consistent with international standards. The animal targets can now be used in all national as well as international competitions.”

These improvements go along with a 10% rise in consumer prices. Starting from 31st January, 2013, all Franzbogen 3D animals will be adjusted to the new customer prices.

Since 1st of January the cooperation between Bearpaw Products and Beier Distribution (Germany) was ended by mutual agreement. In future there are no more products from Bearpaw available at Beier Distribution in Germany.

We thank our countless customers and fans of our products, our philosophy and our great brand Bearpaw Products. You have given us and made ​​possible a great year in 2012. Only with you, it is possible for us from Bearpaw Products to be on our way. We take this as an incentive and confirmation to proceed on our path.

A great year with many, many highlights and innovations has come to an end. Out of the many events, I want to put the two most important in focus to stress their meaning.

1. Bearpaw gives their Bodnik Bows a 30-year warranty and defines the life of a bow anew.
One year after the launch of our “2 generations guarantee”there is no other bowyer or bow maker to our knowledge who provides such a guarantee. It is not for no reason that Byron Ferguson says “Bodnik Bows are great”.

2. Bearpaw Products and Gold Tip set a new course with the Warrior carbon shaft.
Price and performance in a winning combination. Bearpaw Products and Gold Tip make an unbeatable carbon shaft in the spine values ​​320, 400, 500 and 600. In our opinion, their price and performance are unbeatable. Spine value 700 will be available from February 2013.
