It is especially important to us to optimize the flow of information between Bearpaw and our customers. Nowadays customers want to be informed quickly and accurately by phone, Facebook, email and some other channels. The flow of information has changed dramatically in the last two years. The telephone inquiries are clustered during certain times and the flood of written communication is growing on all channels.
Time and again we have received clear signals from our customers that we have to improvement in this service!

What are the steps we have taken to provide better information services to our customers in the future?
- We have changed in telephone hours, and the personnel on our service hotline.
- We have created time to quicken written communication.
This is how we want to implement the improvements:
1. From 1st December, 2014 our telephone hotline can be contacted from 10 – 16 o’clock (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.). During this time, our phone lines will be occupied with Monja, Nadja and Dani, so that all telephone inquiries can be answered immediately. It will be eays for you to contact our service team.
2. In the office hours between 9 and 10 a.m. and 4 and 6 p.m. our service team will make good use of the time to answer all of your written requests. During this time, your orders are attended to, emails are answered, phone appointments are taken care of, and if necessary our team will contact you actively.
